Jyh George Ko is Managing Director, TMT Corporate Coverage at BNP Paribas. In this role, George leads BNPP's engagement with leading U.S. Technology corporates, serving as a corporate advisor, partner, and advocate, while spearheading BNPP's teams across business, product, credit, risk, and functions to support and amplify its client's strategy globally. Prior to BNPP, George worked as an equity research analyst across pharma, molecular diagnostic tools & devices. Prior to his life in finance, George ran a non-profit organization contributing to arts education in the Silicon Valley. George is a graduate of University of California, Berkeley where he studied Molecular Cell Biology, Neurobiology emphasis.

Debbie Dizon Lauber is a legal and human capital executive with over 25 years of experience advising C-Suite leaders and Boards as both a General Counsel and Chief People Officer. She has held executive roles across diverse industries in high-impact companies such as Intuitive Surgical, Intel, 24 Hour Fitness and Sky Zone. She has demonstrated proficiency in enabling companies to scale and accelerate business growth by optimizing operations, building infrastructure, and creating innovative people, talent and legal initiatives that contribute to business success, while managing enterprise risk. She has overseen multiple workforce transformations, implementing cost-controlled business solutions, leading through crises and elevating organizational culture. As a champion of DEI and leadership development, she has a successful track record of creating and fostering diverse and inclusive, high-performance cultures and cultivating a highly engaged workforce. She is a graduate of University of California, Berkeley and received a Juris Doctor degree from UC Hastings.

Brenda Ng

Executive Director of Applied AI & ML

J.P. Morgan Chase

Brenda Ng is an Applied Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) Executive Director in the Consumer & Community Bank at J.P. Morgan Chase. Her work centers around the intersection of large language models (LLMs) and knowledge graphs to solve recommendation problems in the fintech space. She is passionate about the responsible use of generative AI technologies to accelerate the curation and processing of multi-source data, to provide quality features for machine learning development. Prior to joining JPMC, she was at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL), serving as principal investigator on various machine learning projects that applied deep learning towards multimodal data fusion for energy grid health prediction, surrogate development for complex physics-based carbon capture models, and interpretable natural language processing for document classification. Brenda received her Ph.D. in computer science from Harvard with specialization in artificial intelligence.

Silvia Huang is an Organizational Change Management consultant in West Monroe’s San Francisco office, supporting clients across, Banking and Credit Unions, Utilities, Healthcare and Life Sciences, High Tech and Software, and Consumer Products and Industrial Goods. Her experience includes managing technology transformations, online platform migrations, and driving change management strategies, project management, and communication strategies. Known for her detail-oriented approach and empathy, Silvia helps organizations navigate complex transformations effectively. In addition to her consulting work, Silvia is deeply committed to fostering inclusion and diversity within the workplace. She serves as the National Co-Lead for West Monroe’s Pan Asian Network (PAN), where she leads initiatives to promote equity, representation, and community engagement across the firm. Silvia graduated Magna Cum Laude from Amherst College with a BA in Legal Studies and Asian Studies. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, running, and spending time with her two cats, Benny and Almond.
