Adora Lee is an executive coach, leadership strategist, and founder of Adora Lee Coaching. She brings experience as a daughter of immigrants, mother, and Fortune 500 executive - having seen firsthand that authentic leadership is rooted in self-awareness, self-acceptance, and the curiosity to engage beyond the immediate story. Starting as a part-time associate while putting herself through university, she rose to Managing Director of a global tech and data platform over a 25-year career with the same organization. Today, she works with ambitious leaders to align success with their values, building leadership lives that feel powerful and true - especially for those navigating career or leadership crossroads. Adora integrates Conscious Leadership and practices that connect mind and action to help Asian American and women executives lead with clarity and resilience. Jennifer Ouyang Altman founded Inner Radio after an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and 10 years in sales leadership. She believes what scares us about sales is the same thing that scares us about raising our hand in meetings, giving tough feedback, and asking for promotions. We fear sharing what we want most and getting judged by others. We fear asking for what we want most and hearing No. As a sales leader she learned to build trust quickly, influence without authority, and ask for what she wanted over and over again. She now helps leaders across industries find the confidence and clarity to do the same.
