Andus Cheung

Andus Cheung is an experienced IT professional who began his career in public accounting and has since worked in various sectors, including retail, renewable energy, automotive, and fintech. Currently, he holds the position of Technology Risk Management Director at Visa, focusing on cybersecurity risk management. Andus also serves as the Co-Lead of Visa Asians Standing Together Employee Resource Group’s Bay Area Chapter. He is passionate about promoting AAPI wellbeing and is actively engaged in the community. In his leisure time, Andus enjoys riding his single-speed bike and practicing Wing Chun on his wooden dummy. Recently, he joined the Visa Badminton Club and is enthusiastic about learning and improving his skills.

Tina Cheung

Tina Cheung is a first-generation college graduate and professional from the San Francisco Bay Area. She has worked at the intersection of community development, affordable housing, social impact, DEI, and technology. As a Global Program Manager in Talent Acquisition at Visa, she leads initiatives to attract diverse talent and create pathways for marginalized individuals. Tina also serves as the Co-Lead of Visa Asians Standing Together Employee Resource Group’s Bay Area Chapter and North America Community Engagement Lead, driving community engagement, culture, belonging, business impact, and professional development for the Asian and Asian American community. As a former community organizer, her dedication to low-income communities and advocating for equitable access to resources reflects her passion and commitment to creating a more equitable and inclusive workplace and world.

Jennie Ly

Jennie Ly is an Innovation & Strategy Senior Manager and a certified public accountant at Moss Adams, LLP. Jennie pursued Accounting and Management Information Systems at University of the Pacific, and went straight into public accounting providing assurance services for the last 10+ years at Deloitte and Moss Adams. In 2020, Jennie transitioned into Innovation by leading innovation-related projects and business transformation initiatives. Jennie is also the leader of Moss Adam’s Asian Business Resource Group. Jennie married her high school sweetheart, has 2 children (4 if you count the fur-babies) and loves spending time with her family in Sacramento, CA. Jennie loves tapping into her creative side with arts & craft projects or playing video games with her family, seeing smiles from friends eating her delicious infamous cheesecake, and indulging in her desires for adventure.

Shengchen Lin

Shengchen is a corporate finance manager at Instacart with 10 years of professional experience in audit, financial systems and strategic finance. She currently serves on the advisory board of Asians@ Employee Resource Group (ERG) - one of the largest ERG’s at the company. Before this role, she was a co-lead of Asians@ for two years, hosting some of the most popular and engaging events in the ERG’s history. Additionally, she has held leadership positions in numerous non-profit organizations and is passionately committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse community.

Sara Tan is a Manager in EY’s Financial Services Office based in San Francisco, with experience in assisting financial institutions in the asset management and banking sectors in solving various finance and accounting issues and providing innovative solutions. Currently, Sara proudly serves as a co-lead of EY’s Pan Asian Professional Network for the San Francisco office. She has a deep passion for supporting the AAPI community and empowering Pan-Asian professionals.

Kurtis Yang

Kurtis Yang is a Director of Employee Engagement at Cisco and over 25 years has held leadership roles in technical support, service logistics, and business operations across Asia-Pacific & Japan, and global roles in Operations and Services in San Jose, CA, where he now resides. Passionate about DEIB, Kurtis has led Cisco’s Connected Asian Affinity Network ERG since 2016, tripling its size to 3,500 members across 12 chapters worldwide. Amongst others, he launched CAAN’s Giving Back pillar in 2018, raising over $900,000 to date to support underserved communities, and a social justice pillar in 2020 to drive systemic change through awareness, action, and allyship. Kurtis holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Sydney and enjoys traveling with his family.
