Ryan Yip, PhD, is a distinguished career coach and recognized authority on personal branding and career transition. His insights have been sought after on broadcast news and social media where he shares his expertise on strategies for navigating the complexities of the job market. A passionate educator, Ryan has facilitated personal branding workshops for such organizations as the Asian Business League and the SF SBA. His commitment to diversity and inclusion is evident in his work coaching employees for corporate BIPOC career fairs and contributing to an advisory group focused on reducing racial bias in hiring practices. Ryan uses a holistic approach to leadership coaching that centers on the development of communication skills, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution to empower technical managers ascending to executive roles. Ryan has career coaching certifications from the Career Coaching Institute, LHH, and Randstad RiseSmart. He has a doctorate in Biology from Temple University.
