She is a diverse leader herself (woman, Asian, introvert, looks really young) and is on a mission to help others bust through barriers so they can make their unique impact in the world.
Laura was in corporate innovation for 17 years before founding Mindtap in 2020. She started as an engineer and expanded her experience to innovation and business roles. She’s worked for top Global Consumer Product Goods (CPG) and Pharma companies, such as Procter & Gamble, Pfizer & GSK.
Now Laura coaches, trains, and speaks through her own company, Mindtap LLC. (www.ThinkMindtap.com) Her favorite tools are pulled from Innovation and Neuroscience.
Laura lives in Bridgewater, NJ with her husband, 3 kids (ages 12 & under), 3 dogs and a box turtle.

He has been an executive, leader, and speaker in various sectors, including: education, consulting, entertainment, beauty, tech, and non-profit.
