Emotional Intelligence & Belonging for Leaders

When leveraged, the skills of emotional intelligence can improve relationships, enhance performance and create more equitable and compassionate environments. In this session, we will practice emotion recognition and regulation for the purposes of elevating belonging at work and within our communities.

Growth Mentorship

How would you assess Michael Scott (The Office) management style and career?  What about  Miranda Priestly (Devil Wears Prada)? Understand how career mapping could have helped their careers.

Career mapping can feel daunting. But if you zoom out, it empowers you to see how your experiences and choices can illuminate your path forward. Let’s have fun and play it out! We’ll breakdown characters’ careers from The Office using exercises from our Growth Program. No need to be an Office superfan to gain perspective to shape your career action plan to navigate your professional landscape!
