Emotional Intelligence: Hard Lessons We Learned Along the Way

What's just as important as Intellectual Intelligence?  Emotional Intelligence!  Understand why "how much you care" is just as important as "how much you know". In this session we'll share personal obstacles and provide a framework for how to overcome and strengthen emotional intelligence.

Stay true to yourself, Journey of Entrepreneurship

In this session, I will get the speakers to talk about their journeys as entrepreneurs.  Kevin will share his journey of mental health and sobriety and what it means to belong (non-alcholic drinkers in a social setting).  Katherine will talk about her experiences of being true to the mission of the companies she started e.g. sometimes declining the funding if the investors' values do not match the company's mission/values.
